I love Lou's pilates class, it's always a great workout and she gives good clear instructions and also helps adjusting our moves to ensure we're doing them correctly. I've done a lot of classes where the instructors don't do this, so I really appreciate that she does. Classes are small, so it's less divided attention, to get advice and also adjustments when needed :)
