Our Circuit Training sessions provide a structured, full-body workout that focuses on strength, endurance, and mobility. Each session includes a mix of resistance and cardio exercises, ensuring a well-rounded fitness experience. With class sizes capped at six participants, our expert trainers provide individualised coaching to keep you safe and progressing.
Health104 is like an oasis, the variety of classes is incredible and all the instructors are both extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. The small classes mean they have time to tailor moves to each individuals requirements.
