Absolutely not! Our Active Training services cater to individuals at all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced athlete aiming to enhance performance, our active trainers will tailor your program to meet you at your current level and help you achieve your fitness goals
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for optimal results, but you’re welcome to join more often.
Just bring a towel, water bottle, and your motivation—everything else is provided. Members enjoy complimentary towel hire and post-class coffee, tea, or juices on the rooftop after morning sessions (subject to café hours).
