We bring together a diverse group of highly skilled practitioners who collaborate to deliver tailored treatments designed to restore balance, alleviate pain, and enhance your overall well-being.

Aleksander Petrovski
Coach
Alek comes from a professional sporting background playing tennis at an international level from a very young age. He does a lot of hybrid cross strength/cardio training on a daily basis and takes on events such as marathon running and crossfit events. He is a qualified PT with an x major in exercise science. He has spent years at VFL and junior level developing the conditioning for elite AFL players, many of which are active today in the AFL. His passions are spending time with family and friends, listening to music and training for his next event.

Arthur Soetedja
Coach
With over eleven years’ of instructing experience in group fitness, Arthur’s love for Pilates developed from managing and overcoming some injuries. He has a passion for fitness and creating a positive member experience, whilst helping people achieve their fitness goals in a safe and fun environment. Outside of fitness, Arthur currently works as a fashion designer for Myer, and also as a lecturer at RMIT University.

Dmitro joins Health104 with a wealth of experience in the fitness industry, spanning more than 20 years. His extensive group fitness experience combined with his knowledge as a personal trainer means you are in the best hands possible. His style of coaching is welcoming and inclusive, but also prescriptive and tailored to your health and wellness goals.

Holly Gardner
Coach
Holly joins Health104 on a regular basis as one of our excellent Reformer and Mat Pilates instructors. Holly’s areas of expertise extend beyond these modalities in even more creative forms – Embodiment coaching, Clowning workshops, Collective Song and Ecstatic Dance to name a few. We look forward to having these skills shared with the Health104 community via regular programming and workshops. Look out for these events on the timetables!

Ilya Davidov
Coach
With over 12 years in the health and fitness industry, Ilya Davidov combines his Health Science background with expertise in physiotherapy principles, sports rehabilitation, and injury prevention. A former elite soccer player and martial artist with two black belts, he understands the demands of high-performance sports and applies this knowledge to help clients recover, strengthen, and perform at their best.
Ilya has worked with high-profile figures, delivering tailored programs focused on functional movement, corrective exercise, and strength conditioning. His holistic, results-driven approach ensures clients regain mobility, build resilience, and achieve peak performance through evidence-based training and recovery strategies.

Louise Miles
Coach
Lou has an extensive dance/movement background of 20+ years. She combines her love of music and movement, with guided breath centred movement to create space, build strength, and most of all have fun!

Matthew Miklashevskiy
Head of Holistic Fitness
Certified in Yoga, and experienced in fusion based products, Matthew commenced his fitness journey with Les Mills New Zealand over 5 years ago. He loves to help people get the most out of their workouts while ensuring there is an element of fun! He loves coffee – stay after your class is done and join him in the members lounge!

Rachael Fairfield

Rachael adores all things fashion, fitness and fun. After carrying some injuries from junior sports days and a particularly difficult second pregnancy with not one but two unplanned C-sections, things took a toll on Rachael’s core and lower back. Nothing had worked until she started her Pilates journey, building back her core and back strength. Astounded at the results and now being in the best shape of her life in her early 50s, Rachael would love nothing more than to share with you all the incredible things that Pilates can do for you. Rachael hopes to see you in the studio
