Ainslie has more than 20 years’ experience as a Myotherapist. She has worked in the Middle East as a dental nurse and Myotherapist more recently. Myotherapy is the assessment and treatment of soft tissue injuries. Ainslie uses her skill set to assess your range of movement to address your soft tissue/muscle injuries. In the treatment she might use one or a combination of palpation, massage, cupping, dry needling and taping – to help you heal and move better. Blending her dental nursing experience with Myotherapy, she has skills in TMJ release and pain reduction from jaw clenching, this can also cause headaches over a long period of time.
